Scam Alert Forum – Win Money and Prizes!

In any of the five categories represented by five forums below, report scammers (the best non-scammers/converts in the fifth forum) as a topic, where others will investigate and reply, comment, and rate the credibility of the complainer and compliment-er, mostly based on evidence (eg. screenshots, links to other blogs ans social media with similar complaints/compliments, etc.). At the end of the month, for topics for each individual complained about/complimented, when accounting for the average rating times votes of the reporters for the calendar month, those top three in each forum, based on the highest average ratings times votes for them as individual for one or more topic-reports, will win the following:

1st place: Free lifetime membership as seller at https://www.PandaBusters.com, a $400/month value! Win a $40/month credit, an Investor Commune, if already a member of Panda Busters, plus 25% of all advertising revenue (forums, e-mail, and podcast) and donations ;

    • Aiders and Abetters of Scammers
      If you know someone who is giving money to a person, mostly Internet people without escrow (see https://www.Escrow.com, only they are not for adult products and services) report them here and the evidence you have they "fed the beast". There are many brilliant ways to do this, but I will not divulge that information to help us better entrap the scammers. Make sure you record IP address, URL, and any information about them.

    • Institutional Scams
      The sub-prime loan scandal was designed to destroy the world economy so the wealthy can get wealthier, having the opposite effect of what they say it was intended for. Bank employees were forced to steal the signatures of innocent victims so they can process loan applications for people who would otherwise never qualify, ruining the innocent person's credit, with bankers knowing full-well they would never go to jail, but worse yet be rewarded with bail-out money with nothing but people who can't borrow from the bad credit, and therefore earn bonuses on top of that. And the derivatives never went away... WHY DO THE PEOPLE NOT RISE UP? THESE CORPORATE CRIMINALS ARE LAUGHING AT YOU! The banks I frequented since the '90's will never charge the 1, 2, or 3 cent transaction fees unless I, because of no fault of my own, went into the red, then they charge you $35 over-draft fee or each small "processing" fee. They will forgive half the debt half the time, or if you use up your "annual credits" they will forgive nothing of what is their own ilk, legal, especially as it is well understood over-sight doesn't work because the banks are the #1 contributors to the campaigns for the politicians. The massive amount of fraud, which for me and my investigation of other victims really started with AOL. And there are the other Internet companies who will not take "no" for an answer, and if they did, they lied and hit up my credit anyway, if that doesn't work, because I cancelled it, they ruined my credit and too much work is required for the lawyers you pay to fix it, and when I did, spending $1,000, I actually wound up with a lower credit rating because of all the inquiries. So the conclusion is, WE DON'T NEED CREDIT. The only thing more evil than the government, possibly with the exception of this thing called "credit", is the media. So the anti-media is here to save you from the lies and the hatred of the traditional media. And with 3D printers, you can build your own house or car with cash or crypto-currency, no credit needed, the two items people typically use to borrow money with. Money only exists because of the need for human labor and ownership of property, and there is technology now where production of goods and services make humans obsolete, and the land can be controlled by an electorate, in a tax-less republic, private, community, or free, with an understanding if space is infinite, supply of real estate becomes infinite, then real estate, with major space colonization (see https://www.SpaceHose.com) becomes free. Report the bigger institutions here. You may remain anonymous if you fear a law suit (remember when Oprah Winfrey said, "I don't want to eat meat", and she got sued just for saying that?" Don't worry about me, with the Information Decency Act of 1996 making me the third-level non-responsible information provider, and money in overseas trust funds, their high-priced lawyers will be powerless to stop us. There are many brilliant ways to stall, entrap, and upload evidence about big business scammers, but I will not divulge that information to help us better entrap the scammers. Make sure you record IP address, URL, and any information about them.

    • Non-criminal solicitation of funds
      This normally applies to dating websites, the #1 Internet industry. Unless the solicitor is willing to confirm their identity (a Skype live video with a paper sheet with the website's URL, other measures include photo copy of driver's license, utility bill with address, references from social media links, tracking their alleged location with IP addresses, etc., but be advised they may disguise IP address with private proxy servers. This is hard to do because their level of sophistication is not great unless cyber-pimping is involved, but proxy servers go bad quickly and will show a pattern of unreasonable geographic shift in a short time interval. Scammers, of course, will typically ask for money, gift cards, passwords to online accounts, tempt you with something irresistible in return for something unrealistic, and the Internet community will hold the aiding and abetting of these scammers culpable knowing you empowered them, just like the pan-handlers in San Francisco who multiply many-fold unless the donor is disgraced in our "Contributors to Scammers" forum. There are many brilliant ways to stall, entrap, and upload evidence about these scammers, but I will not divulge that information in detail to help us stay one-step ahead. Make sure you record IP address, URL, and any information about them.

    • Petty Theft
      This is especially true with skimmers and scanners, where you have no idea if you someone placed a skimmer in an ATM machine you used, or someone with a scanner in a concealed item (purse, back-pack, etc.) or were too close to people that use a similar methodology to decode your car alarm and steal your car. The chips on credit/debit cards are small and there not encrypted, but even the encrypted (pseudo-random modulation) ones for alarm systems can be decoded by a patient thief. The best recommendation is to be proactive (put out fires before they start), especially if you go to fine retail stores or own a nice car. This is not to say the poor are not victims too, they are more likely to be victims of institutional scams and white collar crimes. This means a hidden camera should be next to your attire, and, of course, you should be conscientious of people around you acting "shady", whether they have a back-pack or purse, etc. If you are already the victim, trace your path backward to where you shopped, and inquire (keeping receipts and time of purchase of items) merchants if the have any archived video. Report the incident immediately to the bank, the police are just a waste of time and will only hate you for it, unless you have a lead with video. A pattern of the same person frequenting the same area may be worth a police investigation, but given the counter-productive nature of the system, it is best reported here as a deterrent. Report more traditional forms of petty theft as well.
